At Fasanime, we want you to love your fashion-forward pieces; if you are not entirely satisfied, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery. All returned merchandise must be in original, unworn condition with all tags intact to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Fasanime account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all anime-themed accessories and tags are included, and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via email.
Ship the Item
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup; please keep your tracking number handy to monitor the shipment's progress back to our warehouse.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship your new exchange size within 5-7 business days.
